Who we are.
SU:N-AD / SOON-AD

At Sunad we create capsule collections of seasonless clothing using natural fibres exclusively, with a slow fashion philosophy.
Our clothes are ethically and locally made in Spain, between our headquarters in Madrid and out atelier in Arteixo. We believe in investing in timeless pieces and taking care of them so they can last longer and grow old with you.
This is Sunad. #BeingSunad
Materials.
One of our core values is to use natural fibres exclusively. However, looking for natural fibres has not always been easy. When we first started searching for fabrics back in 2015, polyester and synthetic materials were in vogue and natural fabrics occupied a very small space in the market.
As time went by, social awareness grew and it became easier to find textiles that matched our beliefs, now more and more fabrics are GOTS certified yet the market is still very limited. We still have a long way to go.
Truths about natural fibres
They are biodegradable and carbon neutral.
They are better for your skin.
They respect our waters.
They grow old with you due to their quality - if you take care of them.
They leave a smaller footprint at the end of their life cycle.

Local production.
When we created Sunad, we felt committed to supporting our country's (Spain) local production and ateliers. Spain had once been one of Europe's strongest garment manufacturers, before the relocation phenomenon began. We believe cost should correlate to quality and longevity.
Truths about local production in Spain
We reduce our carbon footprint.
We assure fair and transparent working conditions.
We support national and artisanal production.
We are fully involved in every step of the production process.
We locally produce timeless pieces with natural fibres to reduce environmental impact.
